We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, here is how returns work.

Return window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to start a return

Email support@patchvelo.com with your order number. We will send return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Return shipping

Customers cover return shipping unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.

Damaged or incorrect items

Send a photo to support@patchvelo.com. We will replace or refund it and you do not need to return the item.

Late deliveries

If your order has not arrived within 21 business days, contact us and we will refund your order in full on request.
